  • Allows blood sugar levels to rise and insulin to be released. Insulin can promote the uptake of amino acids into muscle cells, thereby activating mTOR signaling. This contributes to protein synthesis and muscle adaptation.

Description

The Empower mineral powder is recommended for endurance and strength units from 30 minutes.

Dissolve 40g powder in 750ml water and drink during training. For longer units of 60 minutes or more, another 750ml of the drink can be mixed and drunk.
